Terms of Purchase

1. General & Company Information

These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed in the Siwar webstore. Contracts are concluded between the consumer and Siwar Butik AB, corporate registration number 559123-4567, Storgatan 12, 302 43 Halmstad, Sverige.

To complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

2. Prices, Currencies, and VAT (Moms)

All consumer prices are displayed inclusive of Swedish VAT (moms) in compliance with the Swedish Price Information Act. VAT registration number: SE559123456701. VAT is itemized at 12% for food and pantry items, and 25% for non-food merchandise and shipping fees.

Siwar sets fixed catalog prices independently in SEK, EUR, and USD without dynamic checkout conversions. Orders are settled in the customer's selected store currency.

3. Ordering & In-Store Safety Buffers

An automated confirmation is dispatched to your email immediately upon ordering. Because Siwar operates a physical retail store, automated safety buffers isolate shelf stock from online overselling. In the rare event of an inventory discrepancy during packing, staff will contact you promptly to substitute or refund the missing item.

4. Delivery Methods & Shipping

• In-Store Pickup (Hämta i butik): Free of charge. Orders are prepared and ready for collection at our store at Storgatan 12, Halmstad within 2 business hours.
• Parcel Delivery: Delivered via DHL (normally 1–5 business days). Shipping fees are based on gross packaging weight and include 25% VAT. Read complete shipping terms and rates here.

6. Defective Items & Complaints (Reklamation)

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, notify customer support (order@siwar.se) within a reasonable time with photographic documentation and your order number for a replacement or prompt refund.
